FAQs
Do I need a doctor's referral for physiotherapy treatment?
No, however we do recommend that you contact your private health insurance company as they may require a medical referral (referral by a medical practitioner) to authorise re-imbursement of treatment charges.
Can I claim the cost of my physiotherapy treatment from my insurance company?
Physio at Work is a registered physiotherapy provider with all major insurance companies and therefore we can bill these companies directly, however it is important that you check your cover with your insurance company prior to commencing treatment.
